Our client is an EASA Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance Organization, providing support and services to Bombardier Aircraft Operators is recruiting permanent EASA PART-66 LICENSED AIRCRAFT ENGINEER B1/B2 (type rated on Bombardier aircraft) in Cyprus. The Company has the intention to provide type courses after successful performance evaluation.

Shift Pattern & Working Hours: 5 working days out of 7. (Some weekend work may be required).

Summary of duties – B1 Engineer:

As an experienced B1 Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • To support on carrying out scheduled and non-scheduled aircraft maintenance and ensure aircrafts are fit for flights.
  • To assist with paperwork in certifying work, power plant, mechanical and electrical systems as defined on the holder privileges of EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License and under EASA Part 145 regulations.
  • To perform troubleshooting, defect rectifications, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on the aircraft, under supervision, and in accordance with applicable technical data and customer maintenance program requirements within estimated hours.
  • To attend A/C AOG MRT’s upon customer request for support at outstations.
  • To ensure that all Company’s maintenance policies and schedules are complied with EASA Part -145 regulations.

In order to be successful in the role of B1 Engineer you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • The successful candidate will be a holder of a valid EASA B1/B2 Part 66 License (Bombardier type rated).
  • Business or commercial aircraft rating types will be considered as an additional advantage.
  • Relevant CRS experience of 1-3 years as a Licensed Engineer.
  • Experience with AOG’s MRT’s (attending of AOG’s out of main base operations) will be considered as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding communication skills, coupled with flexibility and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Must be eligible to work in Europe without restriction.
  • High motivation, exceptional teamwork, and unwavering attention to detail are a must.
