Role Information – Avionic Mechanic:

Location: West Midlands, United Kingdom

Salary: £36k+

Shift Pattern & Working Hours: Early shift 7.00am – 3.30pm or Late shift 3.00pm – 11.30pm

Summary of duties – Avionic Mechanic:

As an experienced Avionic Mechanic you will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance, repair and overhaul of customer’s aircraft to include all forms of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Follow both Client and Customer specific interface processes, recording of all maintenance activity performed and ensuring all man-hour bookings are accurate and timely.
  • Executing the highest levels of maintenance standards and ensuring the aircraft maintenance activity is performed in a timely and efficient manner to customer’s full satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, complying with all company procedures and policies.
  • Fully comply with the minimum requirements for Health & Safety in the work place and COSHH regulations

In order to be successful in the role of Avionic Mechanic you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years aircraft experience
  • Previous aircraft production supervisory experience
  • Previous live aircraft mechanical experience
  • Good knowledge of Aircraft systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skill
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
